It is a website that promotes the &quot; if you don&#039;t have anything good to say don&#039;t say it&quot; rule our Mom&#039;s have long advocated.  Its a great way to see if people are genuinely happy about a product or service - taking the time to post a &quot;yippee&quot; is usually more sincere, honest and hard earned than when people rant out of negativity or bias. It also allows you to track some metrics of your complimenters as well as survey them as to what they purchased, etc. Its a great place to get away from the negativity that clogs some other sites. I am on board with them but don&#039;t take my word for it, check it out.</description>
