All good points Jeff. I think it’s important to realize and capitalize on what customers want (and what businesses they might be going into) before hand, but then also alter the plan if that’s what is called for.

Making a business successful does take time. Always be willing to change the strategy and even what it is that you offer. As time goes on you find that some of your potential customers could use something different than what you originally planned. Time to add something to the arsenal.

Think of what you enjoy. Think of what you are good at. There is potential in every idea.
